An environment where you will handle advanced technical challenges and build on your skills, including basic work in a Linux environment. Please note that the position involves shift work.

• Support and troubleshooting: Assist users with technical issues related to computers, printers, mobile phones, networks, and other IT equipment.
• Case management: Receive, register, and follow up on cases in the case management system – focusing on fast and quality service.
• User support: Provide support via phone, email, and remote tools – both in Swedish and English.
• Network administration: Handle basic configuration and troubleshooting of switches, access points, and routers.
• System administration: Perform basic tasks in Active Directory, e.g., account management and simple GPO changes.
• Linux: Participate in basic tasks in a Linux environment, e.g., command line work, user management, and simple troubleshooting.

• Technical skills:
• Troubleshooting clients (Windows) and networks
• Basic networking knowledge
• Management of Active Directory and simple group policy adjustments
• Basic Linux skills, such as navigating the file system, simple troubleshooting, and restarting services.
• Language: Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
