About us

Off.Clinic consists of 4 units. We work with young people who have various forms of sexualized behavioral problems. Neuropsychiatric disabilities are common. The youth are between 10 and 19 years old. The facility is located in Visseltofta, 10 km west of Osby. The treatment work is based on CBT/DBT and salutogenic ideas.

About the role

As a treatment educator with us at Off Clinic, you will work with the youth in their daily lives. Your work includes maintaining safety and motivating the youth to actively participate in the treatment that the organization provides. Additionally, your responsibilities will include being a contact person and taking responsibility for the tasks included in the role. You will also help all the youth in the unit participate in a meaningful daily life. Your main tasks include: - Care in the form of direct treatment work - Participation in investigative work - Networking contacts - Documentation and development work. We work with evidence-based methods, primarily DBT. The position involves work during daytime, evenings, and weekends.

The position is a permanent employment at 100%. Work will take place during daytime, evening, night, and weekends. Salary is according to agreement and other compensations are according to collective agreements. Start date is according to agreement.

The work involves close and trusting collaboration with your colleagues, so you must have good communication and collaboration skills. We place great importance on personal suitability. A background check will be conducted before employment.

To apply for the position, you must:

• Be an educated social educator, social worker, treatment educator, or have another completed post-secondary education that the employer deems equivalent
• Have experience in treatment work
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Have good system skills as documentation is extensive
• Have a B driver's license
