Unika Italitengatan is a group home in Landskrona with six apartments. We work according to a pedagogical approach and use low-arousal responses to create a safe and harmonious environment. Our goal is to ensure that all our residents have the right conditions to live as independently and meaningfully as possible.

In the role of support pedagogue, you will provide support and service based on the residents' wishes, both at home and in leisure activities. You will contribute to ensuring that residents have the opportunity for an active and meaningful life. Furthermore, you should be able to address each person's individual needs and conduct pedagogical work based on this. As the needs vary among users, no day is the same, which contributes to a challenging and exciting job.

You will work closely with your colleagues and have a significant responsibility to, in consultation with the operations manager, drive and develop the pedagogical work in the organization. Some delegated health and medical tasks are included in the work.

• Degree from the support pedagogue program, 200 YH points or 60 HP in pedagogy.
• Experience from work within LSS.
• Computer skills and good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Experience with low-arousal responses, AAC, and clarifying pedagogy.

It is advantageous if you also have

• Experience working with individuals with autism and challenging behavior.
• Experience working with individuals with complex psychosocial behavioral issues.

Employment conditions

Employment type: Permanent employment, with a 6-month probationary period.Working hours: Approximately 80%.Working time: Rotating schedule that includes daytime, evenings, weekends, and sleeping on-call.Start date: By agreement, we view positively if you can start shortly.Collective agreement: We are bound by collective agreements with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Branch E.
