We are looking for someone with a big heart and a desire to make a difference in children's lives. We would like you to be able to collaborate easily with others and have the ability to be flexible and responsive to adapt to the children's needs.

Qualifications:

• We prefer that you have education or ongoing education as a childcare worker
• Previous experience working in preschool is highly meritorious
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.
• You have good knowledge of the curriculum's content and feel that you can contribute to organizational development together with colleagues in a collegial learning environment.
• You have good knowledge of Office365

The preschool is located in the picturesque Ultuna and has space for 125 children. We are part of the Outdoor Association and have trained educators in forest education. It is easy to get here by city buses in Uppsala.

At Norlandia Preschools, we offer you professional development every semester based on the preschool's prioritized goals and initiatives. You will benefit from our unique concepts, professional development days at the preschool, central initiatives, and offerings in our digital learning platform.

Employment type: Substitute as needed

Scope: varying

Working hours: The preschool's opening hours are 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Start date: immediate

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only occur after verification of the work permit, which is required according to the Aliens Ordinance.
