We are looking for you who are a natural leader and want to lead an engaged team focused on the Life Science industry and the Pharma & Biotech segment.

This will be your roleAs a Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for a team that currently consists of up to 15 consultants specializing in Quality Assurance & Validation. In this role, you will have the chance to build and develop your team, develop processes and working methods, and be responsible for and develop our customer relationships. This means identifying the client's needs and matching them with our skilled consultants. You will have your own sales responsibility where you take ownership of the offering, delivery, and the entire business, and you will naturally use your network to create business.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Good industry knowledge in Pharma & Biotech; experience in quality assurance & validation is a plus
• At least 5 years of documented work experience in either sales, delivery, and/or project management
• Experience in customer work with a focus on proactively creating business opportunities and increasing upselling
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

If you also have this, you will shine even more:

• Education in leadership and/or project management
• Previous leadership experience that includes managing staff in a leading position with personnel and results responsibility
• Previous responsibility for staff allocation
• Experience in all or part of the recruitment process
• Previous experience of having your own negotiation responsibility
• Experience from the consulting industry
• Worked in HR systems (Hailey), Recruitment systems (Teamtailor), CRM systems
