Our business unit Customer Success is doing very well, and we need to grow! Here, we work with commissioned sales and customer service within B2C and B2B for both new and existing customers. We are a team of about 10 people who enjoy collaborating, motivating, and sharing tips with each other. We set goals, come up with fun activities, and hold competitions.

YOUR TASKS

Your tasks will consist of increasing our customers' results and revenue in the Customer Success business unit. You will work with sales, provide customer service, and engage new and existing customers over the phone within B2C.

WE WANT YOU TO

• be service-minded and meticulous
• preferably have experience working over the phone
• be driven to achieve good results and keep customers satisfied
• have energy, be unpretentious, and positive
• be curious and have a strong desire to learn
• be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• be proficient in the Office suite and preferably experienced in working with CRM

We work Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with some weekend shifts as agreed. We are located in a bright and nice office in Norra Djurgårdsstaden, just 5 minutes by bus from Stureplan.
