About the Role Are you an analytical and results-oriented person with experience in driving sales through smart business systems? Do you want to be a key player in optimizing and maximizing our sales goals through data-driven insights and business development? We are now looking for a Sales KPI Manager through CRM who will have a central role in our team and be the driving force behind achieving our sales targets.
Main Responsibilities In this role, you will:
- Drive and analyze sales KPIs through our business systems to ensure we meet our sales goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and business development teams to translate data into actionable measures and business decisions.
- Be responsible for reporting and following up on sales results, as well as identifying trends and patterns to drive proactive decisions.
- Train and support sales teams in the use of business systems to maximize their efficiency and performance.
- Ensure that our business systems are used optimally to support sales and develop system functions in line with business needs.
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, preferably in a similar role. Experience with Qlik, Barium, and PowerBI systems is a plus.
- Is accustomed to working with sales data and KPIs, and has strong analytical skills.
- Has good technical understanding and is experienced in effectively managing and improving workflows in business systems.
- Is communicative, pedagogical, and used to working in teams, with the ability to explain complex data in an understandable way.
- Has a strong drive and results orientation with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Has good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
