What we offer youAs a consultant at Semcon in Stockholm-Södertälje, you will be part of a team where we meet regularly to create camaraderie and enable collaboration. You will meet some colleagues at your assignment and others during lunches, weekly meetings, departmental meetings, networks, training sessions, or at one of our afterworks, joint training sessions, or other activities.

We work with a broad client base, primarily in the pharmaceutical industry and the medical technology sector. Here, we assist our clients with our expertise and work both in roles within our clients' operations and in our own deliveries where we work in Semcon teams. Due to our breadth, your role will be varied and flexible, and based on your own experiences and interests, you will work on an assignment where you thrive and make a difference for our clients on their journeys forward.

We have a wide range of knowledge and work in areas such as validation/qualification, QA, project management, process technology, production development, QA IT, and other related fields.

About youAs a consultant at Semcon, you will have strong support from leaders and your colleagues, helping each other to succeed in assignments, projects, and your development. To fit into the role, you have the ability to work improvement-oriented, want to work in complex production environments, and are eager to share your knowledge with colleagues. You are attentive and have a solution-focused approach.

To succeed in the role, you also have:

• Curiosity about/knowledge of the consulting role
• Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or the medical technology sector
• Good knowledge of GMP
• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
