For one of our clients, a leading global player in the energy sector, we are now looking for an SAP Advanced Key User for an assignment at their site in Finspång. Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the current and future needs of the market. Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment with many development opportunities. This is initially a consulting assignment for 9 months via Unik Resurs, with a good chance of extension. We apply continuous selection, which means that the assignment may be filled earlier than the application deadline.

Responsibilities and Duties

The service department is now looking for an SAP Advanced Key User in the area of SD/CS (ECC) to manage support and assist in development projects. There is also a need for knowledge in S4 as the implementation of the next generation SAP system has begun.

Responsibilities:

• Support the business in sales and delivery processes (SD/CS):
• Manage SAP objects such as Notification, Quotation, Sales order, Service order, Delivery, Shipment, and Invoice.
• Support projects with solutions for changes to existing processes.
• Create error reports to SAP IT.
• Create and manage Change requests when development or changes are needed.
• Update and improve documentation and instructions.

Your Profile

• Experience with SD/CS SAP ECC.
• Understanding of the processes within SD and CS, including basic knowledge of the setups behind them.
• Knowledge of tables related to SD/CS (a bonus).
• Service-oriented and solution-focused.
• Able to acquire knowledge through documentation.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Experience and knowledge in SAP S4 in corresponding areas is an advantage.
