Your Responsibilities

As an electronics engineer, you will be involved in:

• Developing and testing control systems and system architecture:
• Generating ideas for new products and solutions.
• Participating in technical discussions with suppliers.
• Handling standardization issues and providing expert assistance to customer support, the production line, and the purchasing department.
• Developing and troubleshooting components:
• Working with electric motors, control boards, VFD units, lighting solutions, and displays.
• Leading development processes:
• Driving development and managing external suppliers in the creation of new technical solutions.

Good to Know

As an electronics engineer in the Development Department, you will closely collaborate with Aritco's purchasing and production organization. Everyone is under the same roof. You will also have contacts with suppliers in joint projects. You will report to the Head of R&D, and the workplace is located in nice premises in Järfälla. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours and the possibility to work remotely on certain days of the week.

Our Expectations

We place great importance on your personal qualities, but to be considered for the role, we see that you:

• Are a graduated civil engineer or a university engineer in a relevant field.
• Have worked in a similar role and therefore have experience primarily in hardware, but also in software, and can read and understand EMC standards and EU requirements.
• Can work fluently in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Are practically inclined and therefore have experience with measuring instruments and soldering.

We consider it an advantage if you have experience with: VFD, CAN bus, Altium. Experience in controlling mechanical and electronic peripherals can also be beneficial, as well as experience working in a mechanical workshop.

As a person, you are curious, meticulous, problem-solving oriented, and self-sufficient. You can take initiatives, are driven, and work well both independently and in a team. Furthermore, you are structured, pedagogical, and can adapt your communication.
