About the job

Position: Temporary position for 32 hours a week for three months, with a possibility of extension.

Start date: According to agreement.

Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements: High school education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to the Work Environment Act, you must be at least 18 years old.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our wonderful team at Willys Norrköping Hageby! The position essentially means that you, together with your colleagues, contribute to offering our customers good and sustainable food at really good prices. You are an important part of the store team that ensures our customers have the best shopping experience. Here’s a bit more about the position:

• Together with your colleagues, you will manage the varied and physically demanding daily operations in the fruit and vegetable department. You can expect to get many steps on your pedometer!
• You will ensure that our fruit and vegetable shelves are well-stocked, look nice, and are updated according to the current season. We want to give the customer a good first impression – this is a very important part of our store!
• You assist our customers and meet them with knowledge about fruits and vegetables, a sense of touch, and a big smile. You are an important part of the store team that ensures our customers have the best shopping experience.
• You actively participate in ordering and sales planning and contribute to the store achieving its sales and profitability goals.
• You assist our customers at the checkout or any of our other checkout options.

• It’s an advantage if you have experience working with fresh produce or fruits and vegetables, but it’s not a requirement.
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that’s great!
