About the assignment

As a substitute at Bemannia, you will work on various preschools, primary schools, or high schools. You will replace the school's regular staff in urgent situations and will be booked at short notice. The length of the assignment varies from a few days to longer periods. You choose which days of the week you want to work, and we match you with assignments that fit your availability and qualifications.

Your tasks

Working as a substitute means that you will replace the regular staff, and your tasks include;

• As a teacher substitute, you will be responsible for and lead teaching according to a prepared plan.
• As a preschool teacher substitute, you will support the regular staff in educational activities.

• Being a playground supervisor outdoors is also part of the job.

Your qualifications

• Completed upper secondary education.

• Ability to be booked for assignments on the same morning.

• Comfortable with a commute of up to an hour to work.
• Experience working with children and youth.
