The company is one of the largest call center operations in Sweden. It has a well-established name in the industry and handles external support for large, well-known companies. The company has a wide range of assignments and for the right person, there are great opportunities for advancement within the company.

We are now looking for 3 customer service representatives for one of the company's largest clients. The client is one of Sweden's largest operators for telephony and mobile broadband.

You will work in the savedesk department, whose main task is to assist customers who want to terminate their subscription, and if possible, try to get the customer to reconnect with the operator.

The job consists of receiving calls from customers who want to terminate their subscription. Whenever the opportunity arises, you will work to retain the customer. The majority of the job consists of assisting the customer with their service matters.

We are looking for:

  • You who have good service skills and the willingness to help people
  • You who are social and enjoy contacting people
  • Have an interest in achieving good results and strive to reach great outcomes

No previous experience is required but is of course an advantage.
