Are you a reliable and responsible person aged between 25 and 40 who enjoys working with young people? We are currently looking for an additional personal assistant for a humorous and tech-savvy 17-year-old boy with neuropsychiatric and intellectual disabilities, for 50-75% of the time. With us, you will have the opportunity to be a part of his daily life – both at home, at school, and during leisure activities.

A driver's license and access to a car are required as we live with limited public transport connections. Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is necessary, and you should have good knowledge of English. Previous experience working with children/youth with neuropsychiatric and/or intellectual disabilities is an advantage, but the greatest emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Your responsibilities:

As an assistant, you will help with tasks such as tube feeding, medication, hygiene, and communication. You also need to be able to read needs and well-being, act as both a motor and a brake, and function as a filter to interpret and explain situations. You will also be a friend who inspires activity and engagement.

• Salary of 150–180 SEK/hour excluding vacation pay and OB, depending on age, education, and experience

Position:

Part-time 50-75% according to agreement.

Working hours:

Shifts on weekdays from 07:30 to 17:00 or 07:30 to 19:00, as well as evening shifts from 17:00/19:00 to 22:00. Weekends from 10:30 to 22:00.
