The position involves you, as a qualified driving instructor, conducting driving training with students (practical and/or theoretical) within the Transport specialization of the Vehicle and Transport program at Hagströmska Gymnasiet.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is a qualified driving instructor with a category B license or has another background that the employer considers equivalent. If you also have qualifications for driving training with trucks and trucks with trailers, that is an advantage, along with experience in the transport industry and high school.

As a person, you are engaged and have a strong interest in supporting the individuals you educate in their development. We place great importance on your ability to collaborate, flexibility, and your professional knowledge. To succeed in this role, you need to have good pedagogical skills and a positive attitude.

The ability to see and act in line with the needs of the organization, as well as your collaborative skills, are important aspects of this role. You should have both competence and sensitivity that allows you to meet each student based on their needs and circumstances. It is important that you can build good relationships with both the students at the school and your colleagues.
