Your Responsibilities

A typical day at work involves incoming calls from customers regarding invoice and subscription issues. There is also some administrative work such as sending out information to customers, handling SIM cards, etc. Our customer service group is characterized by an open atmosphere, good camaraderie, and a humble vibe, and our goal is to always deliver excellent support and service to our customers. We offer a fixed monthly salary + commission and a warm working environment.

About You

We are now looking for a team member for our customer service. Are you driven and do you have experience in service? Are you passionate about service and have a good ability to help people over the phone? Then you could be our new team member! It is also an advantage if you have previous experience as a salesperson or customer service representative, but we place the greatest importance on your pedagogical and empathetic personality. Since customer contact occurs via phone, email, and mail, it is of utmost importance that you master the Swedish language fluently, both in speech and writing.

katshing Sales AB started its operations in October 2009 and has since prioritized long-term relationships with both partners and employees. We currently have offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Örebro and have about 50 employees.
