Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities mainly consist of assessing, diagnosing, and treating adults with mental health issues. This includes the treatment of mild to moderate depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and stress. The operation follows the guidelines of Region Skåne for psychotherapy care choices.

Who We Are Looking For

You are a licensed psychologist with a focus on CBT. You work evidence-based and have solid knowledge of learning psychology and behavior analysis. Since the position requires daily contact with patients, you have high social skills with good clinical competence and a pleasant demeanor. You can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. As a person, you have a positive attitude, are secure in your role, and can be both task- and relationship-oriented. Since we work in a small, close-knit team, we place great importance on collaboration skills and fitting into the group. As the psychotherapy operation is in its startup phase, we also see that you are responsible and driven, with the initiative to take on a new and exciting challenge. You are motivated by helping people feel better and putting the patient at the center, working from a holistic perspective where you can benefit from our rehabilitation services. Individual salary setting applies. The position is designed for a permanent employment with a working degree of 40 hours per week. A probationary period of 6 months applies. Job interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.

About the Company

Apex Therapy opened its doors in January 2024 and is located in the same premises as Apex Rehab, which has several physiotherapists and chiropractors. The clinic is centrally located in Limhamn, and we have a large space of 635 square meters at our disposal with both individual rooms, a gym, and group rooms.
