This is what you will do:

At Caldaro, we develop first-class, customized, and popular solutions for industrial use that make machines perform better. This means you will have the opportunity to sell premium products that the market actually wants. Your task? Ensure that our recurring customers get what they ask for, customize solutions together with our designers, and keep an eye out for new customers and business opportunities. Here, you have the freedom to set up your own sales strategy and working methods – because you know best how to maximize sales. You will be traveling about one week a month to visit customers on-site and build relationships. The rest of the time, you will be based at our modern office in Kungsholmen, Stockholm. You will be our fourth salesperson in the team, and initially, you will shadow one of your colleagues who shares the market with you. The next step is to take over certain customer accounts and acquire new ones. This is what you excel at:

• A self-driven & proactive approach – You have the confidence to drive your own projects and the humility to listen to customer needs.

• A technical interest – You have a genuine interest in technology and find it easy to understand technical solutions.

• Experience in a similar role – You have previously worked as a traveling salesperson for a couple of years, preferably in OEM sales and ideally in the automotive industry.

• A curious & fearless personality – You dare to take initiative, are persistent, and have a curious drive to find new business.

• A strong communicative ability – in both Swedish and English. German is a plus.

• Driver's license

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering? – Not a must but a plus!
