You are an important part of our sales organization, and your task is to help our customers find effective, environmentally friendly, and profitable solutions for waste management and recycling. You will work on identifying new business opportunities and building long-term relationships while offering services and products that contribute to a more circular economy.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and new customer acquisition – Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build long-term and strong relationships with new and returning customers.
  • Be responsible for your own sales budget and work purposefully to achieve and exceed your goals.
  • Be part of an engaged team that is driven to always deliver quality and exceed customer expectations.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is a true “hunter” – you love making deals, are competitive, and are driven by achieving results. You have a strong desire to develop and enjoy an environment where no day is the same.

Personal Qualities:

  • Strong self-drive and structure in your work.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Good social skills – you quickly build trust and create long-term relationships.
  • Flexible and solution-oriented – you are used to handling rapid changes and finding creative solutions to customer needs.
  • Service-minded – the customer is always the focus.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on proactive sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and managing quotes and calculations in Excel.
  • Previous experience in industries such as waste, recycling, or related fields is an advantage but not a requirement. The most important thing is the willingness and drive to learn.
  • Driver's license B and experience working in modern digital system environments.

Extent: Full-time
Working hours: 08-17 with flexibility
Location: Kallhäll or Länna
