About Us

Micasa Fastigheter i Stockholm AB is a property company that is part of the Stockholm Stadshus AB group. Our main task is to provide well-managed, safe, and accessible housing for the city's elderly, people with disabilities, and prioritized groups with a weak position in the housing market.

Micasa Fastigheter has received an expanded mandate from the City of Stockholm and will need to build and renovate our property portfolio. We are growing as a company and on this dynamic journey, we face great opportunities. We are now looking for our next customer service students who want to help build the future of Stockholm!

About the Position

The customer service team at Micasa is responsible for receiving cases in the property system Fast2 and forwarding them for action internally or to our contracted contractors. In your role, you will have contact with customers and suppliers primarily via phone but also via email. Together, you will contribute to Micasa's customer service being perceived as a service-oriented and efficient organization that creates good relationships with our tenants and contractors.

The customer service team at Micasa consists of 7 dedicated customer service employees, and we are now looking for two students who can support and contribute to the team and continue to develop Micasa's customer service.

The scope is as needed and therefore requires a certain flexibility. The office is located in Kista/Husby, and the position is approximately 15 hours/week. After the introduction, you will have the opportunity to work from home to some extent.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receive cases via phone and email
  • Forward cases for action internally or to our contracted contractors
  • Follow up on cases and provide feedback to our tenants
  • Order actions
  • Contact with property managers, technical managers, housing managers, and operations coordinators regarding events in the properties.
  • Order additional services

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Ongoing post-secondary education in property management/operations/maintenance
  • Experience from the service industry
  • Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, as well as knowledge of English.

It is an advantage to have:

  • Experience from customer service work in the property industry
  • Experience with Fast2
  • Experience from customer service work

Personal Qualities

As our customer service employees are an important link between us and our tenants, we are looking for someone who is passionate about service and understands what drives customer satisfaction.

You are used to having many contacts, and to succeed, you have good communication skills, value collaboration with others, and have a structured working method.
