Your role:

As a salesperson at Apphire, you will be the key player in:

• Selling the Apphire system to companies and helping them subscribe to our service.
• Presenting and demonstrating how Apphire can simplify and streamline their recruitment.
• Identifying needs and tailoring solutions that fit each customer.
• Building and developing strong and long-term customer relationships.
• Collaborating with our AI and development team to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Contributing to making Apphire the obvious choice for companies looking to streamline their recruitment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong desire to sell and earn really high salaries.
• Is communicative, persuasive, and confident in customer meetings.
• Has experience in sales or recruitment – or are you ready to learn!
• Has a strong drive and the ability to work independently.
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English.
