Your responsibilities:

• Drive the B2B sales process by identifying new business opportunities and creating long-term customer relationships.
• Communicate with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and meetings to understand their needs and present our products.
• Understand and implement sales strategies that promote the company's growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and materials that support sales.
• Enjoy working towards set goals/budgets.
• Be responsible for the showroom for drop-in visits between 2 PM and 5 PM (Please note that this position requires full presence in the office.)
• Participate in fairs and events to represent the company and build valuable industry contacts.
• Assist in customer service and order management as needed.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in sales, preferably within the B2B segment.
• Has a burning interest in organic beauty and sustainability.
• Is self-driven, structured, and results-oriented.
• Has good communication skills and can build relationships with customers both physically and digitally.
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and has good knowledge of English.
• Has good computer skills and the ability to quickly understand and use various systems and tools.
• Masters Swedish and English in speech and writing. Finnish and German are a plus.
