Junior Administrator Wanted for Immediate Assignment in Solna

We are looking for a Junior Administrator for an immediate assignment for a large company in Solna. You will be part of a team of 11 people who work closely together and handle everything from supplier selection to pricing and campaigns. They offer an exciting and developing work environment with a lot of collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Support purchasing and assortment managers with administrative and analytical tasks, including handling and validating item data.
Register purchasing prices and terms and maintain the contract database.
Ensure that all information for activities and campaigns is administered in the system according to schedules.
Maintain ongoing contact with the master data department.
Validate and invoice supplier bonuses.
Perform basic analyses of suppliers and evaluate deals.

The assignment is full-time with an immediate start and runs until the end of March, with a chance for extension. Working hours are office hours Monday to Friday with flexibility. This is a consultancy assignment, which means you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting but leased to our client in Solna.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications:

Good knowledge of working with business systems, experience with SAP is a plus.
Administrative experience with an eye for order.
Good knowledge of Swedish spoken and written.

Experience in item/purchase/invoice registration or toy category group is a plus.
