About the Role:
As an Appointment Setter at Apphire Recruitment Agency, you will play a key role in our operations. You will be responsible for booking meetings and creating business opportunities for our recruitment services. In this role, you will combine appointment setting with customer care and follow-up, while also developing long-term relationships with our clients.
Your main responsibilities:
- Conduct a large number of cold calls daily to identify potential customers and create new business opportunities.
- Create and send customized quotes that match the customer's needs and requirements.
- Work with clear goals and results, where your performance is rewarded.
- Build long-term collaborations: Establish partnerships with customers to secure repeat business.
- Identify and contact potential customers to book meetings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Present and sell our recruitment services and solutions.
- Conduct follow-up calls and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create the best solutions for our customers.
- Create and present quotes to customers in a professional and efficient manner.
- Document customer interactions and regularly update the CRM system to ensure accurate customer information.
Who We Are Looking For:
- You have previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer contact.
- You are communicative, persuasive, and enjoy building relationships.
- You are results-oriented and thrive in a role where performance is rewarded.
- You have a positive attitude and are used to working goal-oriented.
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement.
- You have the ability to quickly understand customer needs and adapt your solutions accordingly.
- You are independent and take responsibility for driving processes forward.
- You have a natural ability to build trust and develop long-term relationships.
- You are competitive and motivated by reaching and exceeding set goals.
- You have a good ability to prioritize and organize your work.
- Experience in the recruitment or staffing industry is a plus.
