Regional Sales Representative at Altro Nordic

Altro Nordic is now seeking a goal-oriented and customer-focused Regional Sales Representative to independently drive and develop business. Altro Nordic offers a wide range of sustainable and high-quality flooring and wall solutions for public and commercial environments. This position is a permanent employment at Altro Nordic. You will work from home, preferably residing in the Stockholm area, and will be responsible for your own sales district, Eastern region, which stretches from Gävle in the north to Västervik in the south.

About the position

In the role of Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing Altro Nordic's business. You will build long-term customer relationships and work with both the private and public sectors. Your tasks include engaging with architects, municipalities, flooring contractors, and other relevant stakeholders while offering the entire Altro Nordic product portfolio.

You have significant responsibility for creating business and working independently, with a results-oriented approach and a high level of activity. With many points of contact, you manage several dialogues and sales projects simultaneously, often with long sales cycles. In addition, you will represent Altro Nordic at selected fairs and events.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in B2B sales and a strong business drive. You have a strong personal motivation and a great interest in learning and exploring new solutions. You possess good collaborative skills and can build trust with both customers and colleagues. Experience in sales to architects and municipalities is an advantage. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, have good knowledge of the Office suite, CRM, and ERP systems, and hold a B driver's license.
