This is a full-time staffing assignment.

OSBY Vitvaror AB is looking for an engaged and technically skilled employee to strengthen their team in the customer support/service/aftermarket department. You will play a central role in ensuring a superior customer experience and contribute to maintaining the highest level of their products and services. If you are technically interested, good at communicating, and want to work with quality products in a company that prioritizes customer experience, you may be the one we are looking for.
Your Role
At Osby Vitvaror, customer support and "customer success" involve both ongoing efficient handling of service cases and proactive outreach to ensure high customer satisfaction. You will work closely with customers, product users, service partners, subcontractors, as well as your own salespeople and technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Customer Contact: You will be the first point of contact for customers, product users, service partners, and subcontractors via phone and email.
- Service Cases: Registration and follow-up of service cases will be a central part of your role. You will ensure that all cases are handled efficiently in the business system Pyramid.
- Product Service: You will work to ensure that service and installation coverage is optimal in the areas where we deliver our products.
- Technical Support: Support the sales department in technical questions and handle any cases that arise.
- New Customers/Areas: Collaborate with the sales department during the onboarding of new customers and areas to ensure a smooth experience for the customer, from delivery to aftermarket.
- Product Knowledge: Deepen your understanding of our products' technical aspects to plan and conduct product training for our customers.
- Efficient Routines: Create and maintain efficient routines and processes for our case management system.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that we meet the high service requirements that Osby Vitvaror has set for itself as a company.
Who Are You?
We believe you are a technically skilled, responsible, driven, and positive person who is genuinely interested in customer care. You may have a background in technical customer support, service workshops, or have worked in the field as a service technician. Experience with household appliances is a plus but not a requirement. What matters most is that you are technically interested, willing to learn, and understand the importance of customer experience.
We are looking for someone who:
- is technically skilled and interested, knowledge of household appliances is a plus but not a requirement
- has the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- has good organizational skills
- can maintain a high level of service and energy
- is a team player with the ability to collaborate with other departments
- speaks and writes Swedish fluently
- has a B driver's license, occasional travel may occur
