Then working as a substitute at Precator Pedagogerna is something for you! We are currently looking for substitutes who have the opportunity and want to work full-time!

You will work at various preschools and have the opportunity to try out several different workplaces and gather valuable experiences for the future. The substitute position can lead to longer substitutes or a permanent position at the preschools we collaborate with.

Working as a substitute at a preschool means that you will replace regular staff members' absences at short notice. Together with the rest of the staff, you will be responsible for a group of children by participating in games and activities both indoors and outdoors, assisting with dressing and undressing, participating in educational meals, and above all, being present with the children.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:
- Completed high school education or childcare education
- Very good knowledge of the Swedish language
- Previous experience working with children and young people is advantageous

The work requires that you enjoy working at different workplaces and are able to adapt to new routines and work methods easily.

You are confident in the role of a role model, are self-reliant, and dare to take your own initiatives.
