Then working as a substitute at Precator Pedagogerna is something for you! We are currently looking for substitutes who are available and willing to work full-time!

You will work at various preschools and have the opportunity to try out different workplaces and gain valuable experiences for the future. The substitute position can lead to longer substitutes or a permanent position at the preschools we collaborate with.

Working as a substitute at a preschool means that you will replace regular staff members at short notice. Together with the rest of the staff, you will be responsible for a group of children by participating in games and activities both indoors and outdoors, assisting with dressing and undressing, participating in educational meals, and above all, being present with the children.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:
- Completed high school education or childcare training
- Very good knowledge of the Swedish language
- Previous experience working with children and young people is a plus

The job requires that you enjoy working at different workplaces and are able to adapt easily to new routines and work methods.

You are comfortable in the role of a role model, are self-reliant, and dare to take your own initiatives.
