Campsite Assistant at First Camp

Team members with the ability and willingness to contribute and pitch in where needed are incredibly important players for other colleagues and especially our guests and their experience of their holiday with us!

What does the role involve?

As a Campsite Assistant, you will be the face of First Camp and will have a varied and diverse everyday life. Your role is versatile – you handle everything from checking guests in and out at the reception to simple caretaking tasks and cleaning. Flexibility and a helpful attitude are crucial in this role, as you will support where the need is greatest. At our destination, everyone is ready to contribute where needed, and you will be a central part of this collective effort to create a lovely environment for both guests and colleagues.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with experience in service professions and customer service. If you also have education in a relevant area, it is a plus, but most important is your attitude and ability to take responsibility. We are seeking a flexible problemsolver who is thorough and structured in their work. As a Campsite Assistant, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and find joy in being yourself. You have a positive attitude and enjoy working in an environment where no day is like the other.

Conditions

We are looking for team members for the summer season 2025 (weeks 21-32) with varying scope (20-40 hours/week). Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends in accordance with the hotel and restaurant union's collective agreement.
