Team Leader Bistro at First Camp

As our Team Leader Bistro, you will be a key player in providing energizing meals for our guests, ensuring that no one leaves us hungry – or hangry! Who are First Camp?

What does the role entail?

As a Team Leader Bistro, you will be responsible for leading the bistro and ensuring that the operations run smoothly according to our concept. You are an active part of the team and participate in everything from cooking and serving to sales, dishwashing, and cleaning. Your main responsibilities include:

Allocate and coordinate tasks within the bistro team
Order ingredients and ensure that storage and handling follow guidelines
Promote the sale of our bistro products and contribute to a pleasant guest experience
Introduce and train new bistro staff to maintain a high level of service

In this role, you are also expected to be flexible and able to support other departments when needed. For us, the guest experience is at the center, and we work together to solve today's challenges with positive energy.

Who are we looking for?

We prefer that you have experience from cafes, restaurants, or the fast-food industry. If you also have education in hotel and restaurant management, it is a plus, but most importantly, your personality! We are looking for someone who can inspire both guests and colleagues, and who thrives in a dynamic environment. You are adaptable, keep calm in stressful situations, and appreciate a structured way of working.

You need to be able to communicate in Swedish or English, be over 20 years old, and have a positive attitude that spreads to the entire team.

Conditions

We are looking for a Team Leader Bistro for the summer season 2025. The role is a seasonal full-time position (40 hours/week) during weeks 25-32 and includes evening and weekend shifts, following the collective agreement for the hotel and restaurant industry. In the spring, we offer training that we would like you to participate in.
