What does the role involve?

As a Receptionist, you are our face outward and play a crucial role in ensuring that guests have a smooth and pleasant stay. You handle check-in and check-out, provide information and service to guests, and assist with bookings.

Although your main tasks are in the reception and shop, we also appreciate your flexibility to support other areas when needed. We always work based on the guests' needs and find common solutions to any challenges that may arise.

Who are we looking for?

We believe that you have previous experience in customer service, preferably in reception or a similar role. A relevant education is a plus but not a requirement.

You are structured, have an eye for detail, and greet each guest warmly, even during busy periods. With a positive and helpful attitude, you are always willing to help and contribute to the team's best. We appreciate if you have a sense of humor and a light-hearted attitude that contributes to a pleasant work environment.

To meet our guests in the best way possible, you need to be fluent in both Swedish and English without difficulty, which is important to ensure clear and smooth communication with both Swedish and international guests.

Conditions

We are looking for employees for the summer season 2025 with varying scope (20-40 hours/week). Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends in accordance with the hotel and restaurant union's collective agreement.
