What does the role entail?

As a shop assistant, you will be an important part of our team at the destination. You are responsible for keeping the shop well-stocked and inviting by picking up goods and ensuring that the quality is always high. In addition, you will:

Serve ice cream, coffee, and pastries to our guests throughout the day.
Handle cash transactions and greet guests with a smile.
Contribute to a clean and pleasant shop environment that guests are happy to return to.
Support our bistro with various tasks.

We always work with the guest experience in focus, and therefore flexibility is important - we would like you to be ready to support in other areas as needed. Together, we work to make our guests' vacation a positive and memorable experience.

Who are we looking for?

We prefer that you have experience in retail, cafes, or service professions. Education in trade/hotel or service is a plus, but the most important thing for us is your personality!

We are looking for someone who spreads joy, both to guests and colleagues. You are positive, flexible, and have an eye for detail. In our team, it is important to be able to keep spirits high even when the pace is fast.

To succeed in the role, you need to be able to communicate fluently in Swedish or English to be able to take instructions and interact with our guests.

Conditions

We are looking for employees for the summer season 2025 (weeks 25-32) with varying scope (20-40 h/week). Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends in accordance with the hotel and restaurant union's collective agreement.
