Bistro Staff for First Camp

Who is First Camp?

Our goal is clear - to become the world's leading camping chain. An important part of the experience for our guests is, of course, that they get good and easily accessible food. We want to create lunches with that little extra and evenings with a special touch – maybe you are the one who wants to contribute by meeting guests in our bistros?

What does the role involve?

As a Bistro Staff member, you will work in our bistro at the destination, where you will be an important part of keeping our guests happy and full. You will be responsible for preparing and serving food according to our smooth concept and ensuring that drinks and cash handling work efficiently. It also includes taking care of dishes and cleaning to maintain a clean and pleasant environment. At some destinations, you may also participate in uplifting shows and quizzes, contributing to an even more enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.

We always work with the guest experience in focus, and therefore flexibility is important – we would like you to be ready to support in other areas when needed. Together we work to make our guests' vacation a positive and memorable experience.

Who are we looking for?

We would like you to have experience from the café, restaurant, or fast food industry. An education in hotel and restaurant management is a plus, but the most important thing for us is your personality!

We are looking for someone who spreads joy, both to guests and colleagues. You have a positive attitude, can adapt quickly, and enjoy following a clear concept. In our team, it is important to keep the spirits high even when the pace is fast.

To succeed in the role, you need to communicate fluently in Swedish or English to be able to take instructions and interact with our guests.

Conditions

We are looking for staff for the summer season of 2025 with varying hours (20-40 h/week). Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends in accordance with the hotel and restaurant union's collective agreement.
