About Vickan's care and support home

We are a small home with four departments, including two dementia departments, one somatic department, and a respite care department. Vickan is a very family-oriented residence where we care for each other and all who live with us. Working with us as a temporary employee may involve working in all departments or working in the department you feel suits you best. A job with us involves usual care and support tasks.

About the role

Your task is to provide quality of life. You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. Thanks to you, those who live with us can maintain their lifestyle and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about care, service, and aging. As a nursing assistant/care assistant, you play a key role in a team with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists who work closely together.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important.

Other Salary: We apply individual salary setting Start date: Summer 2025.
