Now we are looking for you, an assistant property manager, who wants to develop in your role as a businesswoman/businessman in property management. Maybe you eventually want to become a property manager?

So, what is property management really about? Well, on the whole, two things. People and buildings. In that order. That's why we are looking for colleagues who enjoy building relationships and taking care of and developing our properties in Malmö.

As an assistant property manager, you have both financial and technical responsibility for your properties, as well as responsibility for tenant relations from signing lease agreements to move-out. You belong to a team consisting of property management assistants, leasing agents, project managers, property caretakers, and maintenance technicians, among others, with support and coaching from property managers and business area managers. With us, you get to work in an organization with broad internal expertise and fast decision-making processes!

About you.To succeed in this role, you need to have a commercial background, perhaps you have previously worked in commercial management or leasing? We are looking for someone who likes to think about how we can increase our net operating income while keeping our customers as satisfied as possible. Loving numbers and calculations is a must in this position. But just as important is an interest in the people you meet, as a large part of the job is about building relationships. The equation? Economic sense and social agility.

You will be based at our office in Malmö, but the position includes travel throughout the entire southern region. Work on-site five days a week.
