About the Position

As a Product Manager at EKOVENT, you will be ultimately responsible for the company's product portfolio. It is your responsibility to drive the strategy and ensure that EKOVENT has a commercially successful and modern product portfolio. Based on analyses of the ventilation industry and the market, you will develop and implement the product roadmap in the organization. You will closely collaborate with sales and R&D and be part of EKOVENT's management team. The role also includes collaborating with external stakeholders through participation in industry organizations and cooperation with the parent company Lindab. You will also have contact with customers and consultants to provide product information support.

- Develop and implement product strategies for EKOVENT's product portfolio

- Maintain contact and address technical inquiries from external stakeholders such as customers and consultants

- Execute product launches

- Ensure that established product strategies are met by the organization

- Set requirements for R&D and provide the sales organization with product information

- Develop product information and environmental data

- Report to company management and participate in management team activities

- Conduct market monitoring and competitive analysis

- Participate in the group's development work

- Liaise with external industry organizations and the parent company Lindab

About You

To be considered for this position, you have:

- Post-secondary education in a relevant field

- Experience in strategic product work within the ventilation industry

- Good understanding of standards, practices, and quality within the ventilation industry

- Proficiency in Swedish and English

- Valid driver's license (B)

As a person, you are enthusiastic, have a genuine and broad interest in ventilation products, and view opportunities and challenges positively. You possess strong analytical skills, are used to working according to/setting clear guidelines, and are comfortable making commercial decisions. It is also crucial that you have good listening skills, are a strong leader, and a team player. Last but not least, you thrive in a role with many contact points and are stimulated by problem-solving.
