On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Package Laboratory Engineer.

Assignment Description

Within the Development and Technology organization, Package Analysis is a global internal service provider responsible for verification, validation, and development testing within various packaging development projects. As a Package Laboratory Engineer, you will participate in technical activities directly related to the different D&T programs and projects.

In this role, you will:

• Be part of a team of experts in testing methods and act as a liaison between the laboratory (which conducts the tests) and the test requesters.
• Plan, organize, and execute non-standardized methods.
• Document and follow up on packaging test activities using an internal reporting system.
• Analyze and write test reports for both routine validation and development activities.
• Participate in the development of new testing methods.
• Drive continuous improvements of existing testing methods.
• Provide data analysis support for packaging development data.
• Drive improvement and capability activities.

Required Qualifications

• A university degree in engineering/science or equivalent.
• We expect you to be open and a team player, able to build good relationships and support colleagues in achieving both personal and common goals.
• You have a strong ability to lead activities, take initiative, and manage tasks and activities independently.
• You are structured, quality-conscious, and attentive to detail.
• You are an analytical problem solver with clear communication skills.
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
