Product Developer in Medtech - Orkla Wound Care
We are looking for an experienced Product Developer with a project management profile and previous experience in medical technology. You are a civil engineer or have equivalent education in materials science or chemical engineering. In this role, you will work in an international environment at Orkla Wound Care's headquarters in Solna. The position is a project employment for about 10-12 months with the possibility of extension.
About the position
As a Product Developer at Orkla Wound Care, you will work on developing and improving vital products in wound care and first aid. You will lead change projects for products in the European market, identify new materials with a focus on sustainability and cost optimization, and perform laboratory tests in connection with product development.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a degree in materials science or chemical engineering and at least 5 years of relevant work experience. You have good knowledge of English and preferably one of the Nordic languages. Experience in laboratory work, project management, and development work in medical technology is a plus.
