About the job

As a Research Coordinator, you will play a central role in coordinating, driving, and developing activities and projects related to AI research, education, and collaboration. You will be responsible for coordinating several research projects in collaboration with responsible researchers and other stakeholders, both internal and external. The role involves extensive networking, and a significant part of your work will involve collaborating with colleagues and external parties to ensure that projects progress according to plan. At times, the work may be intense, and you will be involved in many parallel projects and activities simultaneously. This requires your ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently. In addition to these tasks, you will also perform administrative duties necessary to support research projects.

About you

As a person, you are solution-oriented, proactive, and have very good collaboration skills. Furthermore, you are a flexible individual who easily adapts to changing circumstances and has the ability to manage and drive multiple parallel projects independently, in a structured and meticulous manner. You are expected to have the ability to plan and organize your work effectively and set and meet specified deadlines.

Your workplace

You will belong to the Reasoning and Learning (ReaL) unit at the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Integrated Computer Systems (AIICS) at the Department of Computer Science (IDA) at Linköping University (LiU).
