About Us

Welcome to Närhälsan Kärra Healthcare Center and Child Health Center! We are located in Norra Hisingen, 12 km from Gothenburg Central Station, 13 km from Kungälv Travel Center, and 7 km from Angered Center.

We are a well-functioning healthcare center with approximately 9,600 listed patients, stable staffing, and a good financial situation. The center is close to Kärra Center, surrounded by beautiful nature, and within walking distance from the commuter station with free parking.

Our team consists of specialists in general medicine, resident physicians, district and registered nurses, nursing assistants, psychologist, counselor, rehabilitation coordinator, and medical secretaries. The healthcare center has well-developed specialist nurse receptions for diabetes, asthma/COPD, doctor's appointments, child health care, and laboratory services. We also oversee elderly care facilities and LSS activities. We offer our patients the opportunity to meet with a health coach for support in behavioral change and guidance on healthy lifestyle habits. We collaborate extensively with Kungälv Hospital.

Together with team leaders and managers, we are a team of 26 employees who enjoy working together in a friendly and supportive work environment with great commitment and joy. About the Role

Your responsibilities at the healthcare center cover a wide range of tasks and involve general medical expertise with patients of all ages and situations. You will work with reception duties and digital healthcare meetings in primary care.

You and your colleagues form a team with the opportunity to develop the operations. We achieve success together in a stimulating learning environment with open doors and a welcoming atmosphere. The role also includes supervising resident and intern physicians as well as medical students; it is an important part of our mission to educate tomorrow's healthcare professionals. We offer you a varied job with good development opportunities, such as continuous training for ten days per year.

About You

You are a licensed physician with a specialist qualification in general medicine and the right to practice within the Swedish healthcare system. Proficiency in Swedish language, both spoken and written at level C1 according to the Council of Europe's language proficiency scale, is a requirement for the position.

We are looking for someone who can work independently but still wants to participate in the development work of the organization. Since you will meet many different patients in your work, it is important that you are attentive and have a good approach. You enjoy teamwork, and it is natural for you to collaborate with colleagues and other partners in the work.
