Professionals Nord is recruiting a Fiber Designer on behalf of our client. Our client is a leading player in communication infrastructure and offers services in network installation, operation, and maintenance nationwide. Responsibilities

As a fiber designer, you will be responsible for delivering successful projects and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. Your work will combine office tasks with field visits, where you will drive projects together with a knowledgeable and dedicated team. Your main responsibilities include:

• Manage all stages of the projects – from ordering to invoicing.
• Develop and optimize technical solutions and handle documentation.
• Coordinate and procure subcontractors for efficient deliveries.
• Create, review, and manage work documents and provide technical support.
• Responsible for budget, scheduling, and resource planning.
• Perform administrative tasks and create cost estimates for quotations.
• Monitor project quality and finances and promote teamwork within the team.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in fiber planning and project management.
• Good knowledge of telecom networks and fiber infrastructure.
• Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
• A driver's license (B).

It is advantageous if you have experience with Telia's support systems, such as Microstation, Span/SPIV, as well as experience with Telia's networks and construction methods.
