Responsibilities

As a fiber designer, you will be responsible for delivering successful projects and ensuring long-term satisfied customers. Your work combines office tasks with field visits, where you drive projects together with a knowledgeable and dedicated team. Your main tasks include:

• Manage all steps of the projects – from ordering to invoicing.
• Develop and optimize technical solutions and handle documentation.
• Coordinate and procure subcontractors for efficient deliveries.
• Create, review, and manage work documents and provide technical support.
• Responsible for budget, scheduling, and resource planning.
• Perform administrative tasks and create cost estimates for quotes.
• Follow up on project quality and finances and promote teamwork within the team.

We are looking for someone with experience in fiber design and project management, good knowledge of telecom networks and fiber infrastructure, and fluent language skills in Swedish and English. Experience with Telia's support systems and networks is a plus.
