Welcome to our lovely Pharmacy in the Heart of Gislaved.

This pharmacy is one of our explorer pharmacies where we offer a little extra to you as a licensed pharmacist in Sweden. This means that you will receive a bonus paid out once per completed year during your first three years at the pharmacy (a total of 120,000 SEK). You will also have access to our mentorship program, which provides a secure start in your new position.

The pharmacy has generous opening hours on weekdays 8-20 and on weekends 10-15, plenty of parking spaces, and a leading position in the local market. As an employee with us, you have a varied schedule and the opportunity to choose whether you want the on-call compensation in time or money.

There are also great opportunities to develop in the role of pharmacy or drug responsible.

For me as a manager, it is important that we have a good work environment, where employees respect and complement each other and always focus on customers. To make you love coming to work, I as a manager will support and help you with everything you need to succeed in your work. In the work team, it is important that we support each other and work as a team.

Our customers are largely regular customers who live in the local area, but we have many customers from other places who visit us. Everyone is welcome, both young and old!

The pharmacy is one of 20 pharmacies in region 16, Götaland West. We have a good cooperation between managers and employees at all our pharmacies and help each other to provide the best customer meetings and service to our customers.

The position is a permanent employment as a pharmacist. The position is full-time or by agreement. A probationary period may be applied. Access to the position is according to agreement.

We are looking for you who are or within a maximum of 3 months are licensed as a pharmaceutical dispenser or pharmacist. As a person, you are positive, committed, and like simple and new solutions in your everyday life. With your good attitude, you are a team player and an ambassador for the entire Hjärtat!
