About the Position

Their products are used in a wide range of situations: to rescue people in danger, detect criminals, save energy, navigate safely, provide security worldwide, and protect our environment.
The team currently works in the Surveillance area, creating products such as IR cameras and IR sights for customers in the defense industry and government agencies. The team currently consists of 13 senior colleagues with roles including software developers, FPGA developers, and other testers.

Responsibilities
As a Configuration Engineer at Teledyne FLIR, you will be a specialist responsible for managing and controlling the configuration of systems, products, or software throughout their lifecycle.
- Develop, analyze, and maintain tools that support and automate processes for hardware or software releases.
- Write installation scripts and programs for product installations.
- Work with project teams to determine an appropriate build schedule and then initiate the build and packaging process.
- Collaborate with others to complete analyses, evaluations, and design alternatives, as well as implement process improvements.
- Work with development engineers to correct build errors.
We are looking for
- Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
- Have experience working with databases.
- Have a strong interest in technology.
- Have strong administrative and documentation skills.
FLIR operates in an international environment, so it is important that you have very good knowledge of English and Swedish, both spoken and written. The defense industry places high demands on security, which means you will need to undergo a thorough background check.
It is advantageous if you have
- Worked with Power-BI and visualization.
