Kiviks Musteri is a family business in its fifth generation that develops, produces, and sells products based on fruits and berries. With modern technology and a strong focus on environmental sustainability, we produce, among other things, must, cider, beverages, juice, marmalade, cream, and wine. Our brands are built on genuine, honest, and locally produced products appreciated by consumers interested in food and drinks. We are located in Skåne and Stockholm, and we also have a popular destination in Kivik with a juice factory shop, restaurant & café, and the Apple House with gardens. Since 2015, we also have a destination outside Lund – Solnäs farm – with cultivation, gardens, and a farm café. The group has about 200 dedicated employees and a turnover of approximately 700 MSEK.

Business Area Manager for Kiviks Musteri – Kivik

Are you an innovative business strategist with a sharp focus on development and sales? Are you ready to take on the responsibility for a new Business Area in a prestigious Skåne brand? Then keep reading! You will be responsible for establishing and developing the export market for some of the company's major product segments. Here, you are given a unique opportunity to take on a challenging and exciting role in a successful Skåne food company. You will also be part of the management team and report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

As a Business Area Manager, you will build and develop a new Business Area focused on the export market for some major product categories. You will establish the organization, strategies, and routines, and be responsible for developing the market and profitability within the Business Area. Travel within Europe is required. You will have personnel responsibility and drive sales and customer relations within your business area.

Your background:

You have relevant education and solid experience with at least 5 years of experience in your own area of responsibility within manufacturing companies with complex models in B2B. You have several years of experience in FMCG and sales/customer relations. You have also worked with Export and Industry (with raw materials/ingredients as input goods for other products) in the past. You possess good leadership skills with at least 5 years of experience in personnel management and documented experience in change management.

You are driven with a strong business sense. You are creative and fearless and skilled at building relationships. You have a holistic view and a good understanding of the entire chain.

About the position:

The position is a permanent full-time position. Starting date is negotiable. As you will be traveling to some extent, you will be able to work partially from home.
