About the Position

As a specialist and sales-oriented security advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and our knowledgeable team of security experts. Here, you will have the opportunity to listen to our customers' needs and offer tailored solutions, while also having the chance to develop in your own career. Through professional and empathetic advice, you will help our customers create a safer home for themselves and their families.
Your Profile
Are you a attentive and trustworthy person with a keen interest in building good customer relationships and delivering a world-class customer experience? We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of relevant experience in telephone sales who is ready to make a real difference in people's lives. You are a driven individual with a clear customer focus who wants to contribute with security solutions that strengthen our customers' safety. You have excellent communication skills and are adept at building relationships over the phone and via email.
