Job Description

As the Chief Engineer of Army Air Defense at System Management Army Materiel, you will lead, be responsible for, and coordinate the work on system-wide design and product issues related to the army's air defense systems/subsystems. You will be part of the technical leadership in procurement and development projects, with an overarching strategic leadership function.

We are looking for

We are looking for a civil or graduate engineer with several years of documented experience in the development of complex systems and experience from the defense industry. Previous experience in leading positions equivalent to technical project management or product area responsibility is required. Knowledge of Systems Engineering and experience with socio-technical systems is a plus.
