Part-time Job as Store Salesperson at Retail Staffing

At Retail Staffing, we are now looking for store salespersons who can work extra as needed at one of our clients' retail chains. In Varberg, we are currently collaborating with MQ, but we also work with Lindex, Hemtex, Uniqlo, and others in and around Gothenburg.

Important information:

To be eligible for the position, you must have another main occupation of at least 50%. You can either be a student or work part-time at least 50%, or be a self-employed individual with active F-tax. This is a requirement according to our collective agreement.

About the role:

As an employee at Retail Staffing, you will work on assignment for a retail chain and move between the chain's different stores as needed. You choose when you want to work by booking shifts via our convenient app, which gives you great flexibility to adapt the job to your schedule. Tasks include personal sales on the shop floor, assisting in the fitting rooms (in clothing stores), cashier work, warehouse work, and a high level of customer service. You are an important part of the team and ensure that each customer has a positive experience in the store.

We are looking for someone who:

Has another main occupation for at least one year ahead
Has previous sales experience in the retail industry
Can work at least two shifts on weekdays during the day, with the possibility to also work evenings and weekends
Is flexible and can step in on short notice
Enjoys working quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment
Enjoys collaborating with colleagues and contributes to a good team spirit
Appreciates variety and finds it rewarding to work in different stores
Has good language skills in Swedish and English
Is 18 years old or above and has completed high school education
