Logistics Supervisor - BAUHAUS

As a logistics supervisor, you will take care of the entire logistics flow in the departments you are responsible for. This means leading the entire process from ordering to shelf completion. As a supervisor, you are expected to work within the framework of the BAUHAUS concept, guidelines, values, business plan, routines, and policies. You are responsible for ensuring a good fill rate considering seasonal variations and campaigns. Furthermore, you will ensure order and tidiness, validate ordering suggestions, and ensure that spot inventories work. Being a morning person is important as the early shifts start at 5:00 AM. You will also actively work to minimize waste and ensure a safe and secure work environment. When needed, you will also be part of the company's on-call group.

We are looking for someone who thrives in high-paced environments where you can express your sense of service and structure. You have an easy time understanding others' needs, accommodating them, and suggesting improvements. We also believe that you have an understanding of supply chains, finance, and quality. If you are also a relationship-building team player who enjoys human interactions, you will be a valued colleague.

You have completed high school education or equivalent. You are fluent in Swedish and English. We prefer if you have previous experience working in a similar field, and it is a plus if you have previously worked in a supervisory position. You strive for quality and can work both in the long and short term. A good understanding of economics and basic mathematical skills are required. You are a driven and meticulous problem solver while being orderly and skilled at nurturing your relationships both internally and externally. A driver's license is a requirement.
