This is your mission

As an administrator at the Security Police, you are an important part of our operation. You are part of a workgroup where you support each other and contribute to the group's development.

In the role of an administrator in counter-terrorism and constitutional protection, you work on administering incoming information. You assess, prioritize, and distribute the information to the right recipients. In addition to the daily routine tasks that come to the function, the workgroup is responsible for various side projects such as providing management support and being in charge of different projects.

Your placement is at the headquarters in Solna, and the work is carried out on-site without the possibility of remote work. You may sometimes need to work outside regular office hours. The position may involve domestic travel.

These are the qualifications we are looking for in you

• Completed upper secondary education with approved results
• At least two years of documented work experience
• Experience in working with various IT systems
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Good ability to read and understand English

You, as an applicant, may also have skills that add breadth and complementary perspectives. If you can contribute with one or more of the following, it is advantageous:

• Experience in information management
• Experience in any of the Security Police's operational areas
• Experience in using IT systems in a legally secure manner
• Experience of working in a government agency
• Language skills beyond Swedish and English
• Experience in administrative work
